Jon started a "thing" on his blog called Way Back Wednesday some time ago and it is a time in which he placed old photos on his blog. Since then, there are others who have followed suit, but used other days. I didn't want to use someone else's day, so my wife suggested I call it "I wanna be like Jon posts". This picture is of my sister and I many moons ago. We were dressing up for school that day. By the way, have a Happy Thanksgiving.

I Wanna Be Like Jon Post

I remember disobeying mom on this day. She told me not to run in this long dress during recess. I ended up getting involved in the game of tag, and sure enough, I stepped on the hem and ripped it. I remember trying to pin it and putting it in the washer so that mom would not see it when she sorted laundry. What was I thinking? NOTHING got past mother!
