It is about time that somebody is trying to get frivolous lawsuits thrown out of court. This man is suing God because of these good intentions, just to make a point. If judges would throw out ridiculous lawsuits it would help us all. Nobody needs to win a lawsuit for spilling hot coffee on themselves!
